very late to job and customer service vastly underestimated the cost, but knowledgeable & did good work.
He finished work in exactly one hour, then chatted for half hour, and tried to sell us a quarterly contract. He then wrote up the bill, and charged us for one and one half hours, then left exactly one and one half hours after arriving. Don't think it's fair to pay for his political views and whatever else he was chatting about! (He sat in the truck for this whole half hour.)

When a customer is unhappy it would be much appreciated if you would call the office to tell us of your complaints, negative comments only hurt the "whole company" and a phone call would give us the opportunity to speak to you which is more personal. As far as the technician sitting in the truck, they do that to write up the paper work about your job, for the good of the customer & our company that we know exactly what was done in your yard in case you have a future problem and need us to come out again. I would highly recommend them. Know what they are doing, and very honest. Customer service from setting up apt to completion is a 5 STAR!!

The tech that came to our house today, Saturday 18 Oct , was knowledgable, polite and on time. Bryan fixed the issue and then did a functions check on my system and replaced some parts that weren't functioning as well as they should be.

Quick response to my request, received next day apt. Job was completed within an hour; tech (Brian) knows his business. He walked me through my entire system explaining many things I did not know about sprinklers. Very happy with the service and will call them again for all my irrigation needs.

They had all the parts and know how to fix the problem. There was no 2nd or 3rd trip to come out or the part was not in stock.

I was very pleased with customer service. They contacted me and set up a day and time for service with reminders. I did think the young man that came out was in a bit of a hurry and thought he could have done more cleaning with the sprinkler heads that did not have to be replaced.
