Showed up on time, but not without his partner (out sick). Very professional appearance and demeanor (well spoken and polite) Took more time than I anticipated, but that was because he was going solo. Also made suggestions regarding pump pressure and set-up. Haven't a problem since he left. Would recommend Steve (his wife, Tina, who sets up the appointments is also nice) to anyone.
Steve, came out at his schedule time. He was great and explained everything that was wrong with my system. He also showed me some potential problems and we dicussed my repair options. He also went through my entire system and gave me some options to save on my current watering costs. I would recommend Steve to everyone.
Mr. Davis was prompt, very courteous, got the job done quickly and offered very fair pricing.
Overall a great experience. A reminder phone call the day before and two other calls from Steve indicating his approximate arrival time and when he was "in the area" were very much appreciated. Steve was fast and efficient in identifying the problem and took the time to explain how he would fix it. Along the way, several other minor problems with my irrigation system where identified and fixed.
