This Dr has zero compassion!!! My husband went in for open heart surgery. The staff believed he was going thru alcohol withdrawal ( which turned out to be sepsis) because he was a beer drinker. Upon the death of my husband this so called Dr. came into ICU to see him. I and other family members were sitting with my deceased husband. Dr. Gilbert proceeded to lecture me on the effects of alcohol on the body. Are you kidding me! I just tragically lost my husband of 35 yrs!!!!!!

Terrible experience. He was arrogant and condescending. Will not return.

Dr. Gilbert takes the time to listen to his patients. He is professional and has considerable expertise, but the personal touch means more than anything.

Dr. Gilbert is very thorough when discussing your symptoms. He took time to listen to my concerns and also put me at ease. I have never felt rushed. A family member was also a patient of Dr.Gilbert's and he significantly improved her quality of life and always treated her with dignity and kindness, I have recommended Dr. Gilbert to family and friends.

Dr. Gilbert was condescending and disrespectful. He did not listen to my questions or concerns and made me feel like I was insignificant. Every interaction has been the same..he must have forgotten his job is to partner with his patients to help them..not to condescend or belittle. Definitely not a doctor I'd recommend.
