I want express my concern regarding the coverage of my wife's 2013 Honda Pilot. The vehicle was recently serviced and it was determined that the vehicle has a piston misfire that would require engine pistons 1-3 to be replaced. I was informed that this is a known challenge with that model year, and that there is an active campaign with 8 years for that year with no mileage limitations. Unfortunately, Honda is only covering specific vin's and therefore even though it was the corresponding year and fell within the coverage r... read more
Not very good customer service and can't get anyone to return your calls
very bad customer relation. the company make cars that's full of problems and they all starts right after the warranty expires. warranty was 1 month over then the car would not start. have to wait for the car to cool down because of deffective starter but honda dont care they just say they are not doing any thing about it and i will have to pay out of pocket
I wish I would've known Honda corporate office had a BBB rating of F. I had an issue with my Honda CRV (bought brand new 2 years ago). The problem was not a consistent problem so I did not take it into dealership. The problem definitely appeared when the car was under the 36,000 miles but became more consistent at 37,000 miles. I called the dealership and they wanted to charge me $150 for diagnostic fee alone (this car was brand new 2 years ago). They said I can call Honda corporate to ask them to extend the warranty (since ... read more
This company deserves (0) stars. They are the absolute worst. Customer service sucks!! What ever you do, do not purchase a Honda. I've only had my car for a year. When my ac stopped functioning I took it to a Honda dealer. I was told the part was/is on back order and they have no idea when it would be in stock. Honda refuses to issue this as a recall.... read more
If your aren't planning on spending any money or just here for a "tire check" you will 100% be treated like the lowest scum of the earth. If you don't schedule an appointment you can 100% expect to wait. Imagine being told to have to wait for hours just for some single random mechanic to look at it and and turn off the notification on the dash rather than having to do anything to the tires themselves. Oh yea they also don't wash cars anymore because of the "pandemic" greatest service...
