I would like to rate my experience after my move out date.
I am a property manager and in trying to get "Rental History" on a tenant, the company provides little to no useful information even though they were provided forms authorized by the tenant and are standard use in my state by Realtors. The information that was provided tells me nothing about if the tenant in question is a good tenant or bad. This company is not doing their tenants any favor by limiting their input.
How is it possible that you have such horrid reviews on Yelp, Google, etc., (the platforms you can't control) - but you show nothing but AMAZING reviews on Facebook? Enough people know what Birdeye "reviews management" is, you jokers. Also whomever is managing your Facebook page can stop posting their healthy foods agenda, product agendas and puppies. It's just gross and unprofessional for a company who has MUCH bigger fish to fry, serve and explain to its residents.
What I love about this rental company is they don't bother me and I don't bother them unless there's a need which I haven't had in almost a year.
I love my home. Maintenance is always quick and thorough.
Notifications/Balances were not sent in a timely manner. We had an AC problem over the summer and it wasn't taken care of. Lease info was not updated in a timely manner.
Great group
Love our house. American Residential Properties has been helpful and nice.
