I called to have AC unit looked at because of extreme temps on one side of house vs the other side and for possible mold growth in house. This is the third time that I have called and they have been unable to resolve issue. Today they told me " maybe its just a hotspot in the house and there is nothing we can do" I asked them, if there children were sleeping in the room that is about 20 degrees warmer than the rest of the house would that be ok ? I noticed I did not see any bad reviews. Meaning these reviews are screened and someone only chooses to put the good ones. I have a bad review. I have been respectful and I have tried to communicate with them. They are ridiculous!! They overcharge you for so called fees and say it is part of the lease. When I moved into this home I did not have roaches. After living here for 2 months we started seeing roaches. I contacted arp and they told me this was my responsibility per my lease. Having been a homeowner for 20 years, I was newly in the rental market. I chose a home owned by American Residential Properties and I rented it for 1 year. My experience with American Residential was nothing but great. The home was clean and everything was in working order. If they had a larger home in the area in which I wanted to live, I would have rented from them again. When something was broken or not working properly, they fixed or replaced it. Terrible experience. These guys are crooks. They sent me my renewal lease last year and there was a problem with the signature email for my husband. I signed correctly and on time but because my husbands email was a problem, they dated the new lease 2 months later. My lease was up in December 2015. I gave notice in September that I would need to end the lease due to job relocation. I had a person that was prepared to take over the remaining lease. I called, left messages, emailed all of this to be ignored. They never... read more

I have enjoyed renting property from ARP. They are very pleasant when u call in. When we have maintenance issues they are very prompt on getting it resolved.
