The people at America Residential Property's have always been very nice and helpful whenever you need anything
They are good at correcting any problem you encounter in you house they even built us a fence around our back yard. If you are looking for a place to live look no further

Renting process was very detailed but simple. Homes are very well maintained and the support team is excellent.

I have had a great experience so far. I am happy with my rental property and no problems so far. It is just what I expected and more. Feels like home.
This is literally the worst property management company I have ever had the experience of dealing with. No one can give complete and proper information, charges show onto your account randomly after they drop the ball and miss them, payments mysteriously go missing or are not posted timely even when you have a signed and dated signature from an employee stating they took the payment and no one knows how anything happened, why it happened, or how to fix it without ignoring you for weeks until you finally show up in the office... read more
I like American Residential for the most part but their maintenance department is TERRIBLE!
