They are a scam! lived in a rented home for 3 Years paid over $55,000 in rent on the fist of every month and left the house in perfect shape but they still decided to keep my deposit. I took pictures and videos and currently taking them to smalls claims. They add your utilities to your rent but still with held two months of payments and claim that we owe them. Little do they know we have bank records, and took pictures and videos of the entire house. Cant wait for my day in court.

The home was already clean when we moved in. Even the kitchen cupboards. I have never experienced that before so that was great. The staff was very thorough. They documented everything that needed to be upgraded or fixed before we moved in. They did the repairs in a timely manner! Awesome. So far Im very happy with this company.
The employees are rude and non responsive. Put in a service request 2x and never received a call. It took 6 months for them to remove the lock box. Once I scheduled my move out it took 2 weeks to get a hold of the person responsible for the property and he was unprofessional and rude.
Called hours ago to have air conditioning fixed. Was told someone would be here. No one has showed up- it's 100 degrees outside, and now they are closed. Do not rent from this company- nothing but problems from the day I moved in.
Horrible experience. Rude and nasty customer service reps. For three days my wife has been trying to lodge a maintenance requests but has failed for anyone to listen decently. Made the biggest mistake to rent through American Rezidential
My husband and I have been tenants for 1 yr. This company are great landlords. Any issues that we have since living in this beautiful home have been fixed with no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a nice place to live.
I'm renter for more than a year.There are always some problems since I moved in. When I moved in, an agent walk through with us. There was some problem which needs to be fixed. But I must open maintenance ticket. The worst case is I opened an maintenance ticket last night. No confirmation number. No response yet. If you call them, Thank you patience.
I have been trying to get ahold of yall for a house. And nobody will return my phone call.
