We have only dealt with the salesman so far. Windows not yet installed. Will finish rating later.
Once I was able to pin down a delivery date from the customer service women, everything went smoothly. The one time I talked with an actual male agent, the ball started to roll. The roofing crew who did the work were excellent! Not only did they have to strip the old shingles off, there were repairs that had to be made prior to installing the metal roof. Communications with the office was not adequate. Although they contacted me to initiate the contract, once signed, I had to contact them to setup appointments and to get the status of my project.
Over all they were great! We are satisfied with the work they provided. They never really set up appointments they just showed up but over all great!
WE ARE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AND SO FAR EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GOING FINE! WE WILL FOLLOW UP ONCE THE WORK IS 100% COMPLETE!
