We are very satisfied with the work that was done. The men did an outstanding job when you factor in the weather conditions they had to work in,they cleaned up all of the work site the only way we could tell they had been here was the beautiful work they had done on our home. we will be calling AHI on our next big project. Everything was great! Also, our home was finished ahead of schedule as well. We received quick and quailty work from everyone at American Home Improvements, LLC.
They were very helpful and have wonderful windows. They have a gentleman name Sam who came to install my windows and did an excellent job. He was very helpful demonstrating the windows and did an excellent job cleaning up. This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had replacing windows.
Excellent Windows, Mark Sims knows his products. Only complaint: they installed a broken window from the factory, said they would come back and replace ~2 weeks later, and it's now over 5 weeks later and it hasn't been replaced.
The job looked nice at first. But about a day or two after they finished the job a big wind blew a whole section off. They came back and fixed it about a week later. I now see on the back of the house a couple of pieces have come loose at the top but haven't fallen off yet. When I first made the deal with them they said I would get 9.9% financing and deferred for six months. When I got the bill it was 13.9% and the payment was due the first month.
