Installation was great. They made sure that you are satisfied with the final project. The supervisor himself came to out to inspect and perform a special request. I definitely would recommend this company to friends, family, and whoever is in the need of a new walk-in shower. They are honest, dependable, and go above and beyond for their customers. Chris B**** and his wife Renee just completed installing 2 separate walk-in showers in both sides of my duplex. One has sliding glass doors and the other has a shower curtain rod, both look great and both sides are completely satisfied. Neighbors even are stopping by to have a look! Chris also finished up today by installing a taller elongated commode to the A side. It’s hard now to wait 24 hrs to use the facility till everything is dried! My new shower was just completed a week ago. I absolutely love it. Every one was so incredibly kind and professional, but were also down to earth and very personable. And they also loved on my dog! From first contact with Mike P********, who was awesome, to Travis S**** the installer, to the gentleman who came out the following Monday to bring the third shelf! The craftsmen came in and had the job done in two days as expected. They did an awesome job respecting our home and floors. They were always polite and answered any questions we had all along the process.
TRAVIS DID A WONDER JOB ON THE INSTALLATION OF OUR NEW WALK IN SHOWER. HE WAS AND IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND COURTEOUS INDIVIDUAL THAT I HAVE MEET. COULD NOT FOR ANYTHING OR ANYONE BETTER....HE AND THE BUSINESS RANKS HIGHER THAN A 5 STAR.
Their product is outstanding. I have used them twice—for windows 10 years ago and a new front door and storm door yesterday. They stand behind their warranty on their products. The installers are very efficient, neat, polite and most importantly very thorough. Brandon was my door installer and did an excellent job yesterday. He was prompt and worked very carefully without stopping until the job was finished. He cleaned up thoroughly. The door is beautiful.
We Love It! Our brand new shower gives our home a well needed face lift. The materials are gorgeous, and our installer Steve was in and out of here within 2 days, which included some extra work because of a load-bearing wall in the shower area.
