The installer Karol B. did an outstanding job on the install of our shower and tub. Karol was very professional and answered and questions that we had about the installed. He kept up informed on the progress through the job. Thanks for the amazing shower.
Very high pressure sales approach. Sold us multiple items they no longer carry. Salesman told us how the installation process would work. He told us wrong about the overall process and time frame.Faucet was back ordered, nobody told us until we complained that the faucet installed was different. Installer seemed to do a good job, but used a broken pipe creating a leak in the wall flooding the next room and creating mold damage to the drywall. American Home Design is all you have to say.My installers were John W****** and Renee.They did a great job on the dimo. and the install.They paid attention to not damage anything and cleaned up any mess they might have made.They kept me advised as to what they were doing and showing me how everything works when all was complete. I couldn't have asked for anyone to do a better job.They are a excellent team and did a great job. ****** *******
We were told it would take 2 days for the shower. unfortunately, it took three days. The worker he had with him had a doctors appointment on Tuesday and he wanted to come back Wednesday. I didn’t like being without my shower for longer than we needed. Derek A got another helper and made great progress on day two. at the end of day two he realized the office had provided him with the wrong color caulking. Our installer, Chris B**** did a excellent work during the demo/installation of our shower. Chris was very responsive to all my questions related to the process. Chris did correct two issues that were found once the demo was completed. Area was cleaned each day and Chris provided calls as to arrival time each day. Would recommend Chris for future work.
My wife and I both have health problems she has termanal colon cancer and I have heart falure. I called American Home Design to install us a walk in shower for her safty and mine. The salesman knew of our health problems up front. He went to our bath area and seen a place on the floor where we have had a water leak at the base of the bath tub and said he would fix it.We looked at the clam shell bath tub and he took some measurements, at that time I told him I wanted the shower door to extend to the window sill to give me an ... read more
Wonderful teamwork! Derrick and Tony were on time, professional, polite, clean and like my dog which is not an easy task! I love the product beautiful and functional with a calming color and easy to clean! Everything went well and in a timely manner. Brandon R****** was our installer and he was very nice and polite! He worked in a timely manner and had a professional appearance. He wore an American Home Design shirt so you knew for sure where he was from. He was very helpful at explaining how windows worked and answered all my questions .
Our installer did an exceptional job installing our new walk-in shower. Randy R***** showed up on time and worked all day long for two days. The finished product was excellent, and Randy cleaned up every area he worked in. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished project, and Randy was friendly and worked until the job was completed.
