Giving 1 star because I can't give it 0. Terrible format of online courses- should have never changed their old format. Terrible "customer service". I will NEVER take an online course with you again, and will recommend no one else does. For anyone reading this, you're better off going to a training center for the full course. Don't waste your money with AHA online courses. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE!!
I have been teaching CPR and First Aid classes through the American Heart Association for over 6 years with a company that has been serving Georgia for over 20 years. I am disappointed and scared about what this price increase of over 400% for the certification card. This will cause fewer people to be able to be able to learn these life-saving techniques simply due to cost.
