They have a lot of appliances that have dents and scratches so you understand that it’s quite possible that every now and then you could get something that didn’t work. Recommendedi went to get a new fridge because mine quit, and i had the best help from a lady named Kimberly Marshall, she was able to help me get the right fridge for me at the best price. i will definitely be coming back
What a complete waste of a drive, employees there know nothing about the product, you get there and they want more then you can go buy a brand new model for. The store is a dump I would not recommend going there you might as well just go to Sears.com.
