we bought a refrigerator from there and the water filter was missing. My wife called them and was told they were gonna send us one out. well a month later it never has been sent out. One week after we bought the refrigerator the defrost heater went out. Thank god we bought the 3 year protection plan. we lost all our food and went without a refrigerator for 2 weeks. This place is a absolute joke! We bought a living room set and a mattress from them a year ago. Within 3 months the recliners started to mess up. Now one doesn’t work at all and the middle part of the couch is broke. It took me 4 times of calling to get the warranty number. They are rude and don’t have a clue what they are doing. Then when I call the warranty place they don’t have any of my information at. So the store didn’t even give it to them when we PAID extra for that warranty. Never ever using this place again.
