The representatives are EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NON- ETHICAL, BEINGS...I'm not even going to call them HUMAN!!!! If the " calls" are RECORDED, I'M perplexed as to why this issue hasn't been resolved!! I've never dealt with this level of UNPROFESSIONALISM in my 20+ years of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! JUST AWFUL!!!
Please never get a car from them people they are very rude when you call unprofessional you can never get a straight answer and what they don’t understand with out the Customer they would not have a job.
