This company has the worst customer service representatives. The people on the phone are rude and extremely unprofessional. They yell at you, cut you off and hang up on you. This is not an a busy I'd recommend to anyone to deal with. If calls are recorded for training purposes, perhaps these unprofessionals should listen to themselves being rude and quickly get retrained. This is no way busy should be handled. I bought my vehicle at the end of 2019. Covid hit & then I became unemployed at the end of 2020 up until summer of 2021. Then I had back surgery middle of 2022 each of these times I requested a hardship & apparently American Car Financial does not care what your situation is they just want your money or they'll turn the car off. These folks are absolute TRASH! They hire a bunch of b***ches with no home training, no people skills, and you will curse them h**s out every payment cause they talk to you like you're a crackhead on the streets.
I called to ask a question and the representative was very, very very, rude. I mean it's giving I hate my Job.. ish.. it's giving little education...ish. They talk over you, there is no way the lines are recorded because no one in that place would have a job. I like so many others have fallen victim to this company because of having poor credit and their promise to help you into a car. I've had the vehicle for 2 years. I'm Currently expecting. And most recently went through some tough times. Our home had pipe bursted on it and our roof caved in and unexpected medical bills due to current pregnancy. Think they care... ABSOLUTELY NOT. Was in shouting match with a representative. I am very very close to just letting these people keep this car. I've had my car 2 1/2 years and since my very first payment, they has been something!!! Never been A breeze!!!! They obviously don't notate accounts because nobody ever knows anything admit your account accept numbers. They harass you before your date is even due! It seems as every time we make a payment there is always an issue every week or other week!!! They say we didn't make a payment when clearly we did and now they going to make our account into the negative for what? Because they choose to!!!
