Do not “buy” a car here. First off you don’t buy, they lease you a car and don’t tell you and the paperwork is worded as if you’re buying. Lord, miss one payment by a day and they are blowing you up and rude af. I wish I never went ton this place. Second, the car the advertised was not the car I bought. I bought a car from another store and had to drive and an hour and half to go get it myself bc they wouldn’t bring the car here. It is sad how these people operate. They are liars and very unprofessional. I never dealt with a finance company who promises to reimburse someone money for unnecessary money spent. They hit the killed switch on my car on accident and when I was instructed by Ms. Tasha to gather all receipts and they will reimburse me. I end of replacing a starter because of them hitting the switch never got my money back. Worst company I have ever experienced. They are extremely rude when you call. I called to make my first payment and the lady had a horrible attitude with me. Multiple harassing calls as soon as the payment is due. They lied and told me I was buying a vehicle and would never pay the full interest amount if paid off early. Come to find out I am stuck in a lease with them and was not purchasing a vehicle like I asked multiple times about. I tried to get a 10 day pay off which I had to wait days for and it was almost $5000 more... read more

This has got to be one of the worst finance companies in the the U.S. If I could, I would give them less than a 1 star review, Their so-called customer service is laughable. They harass by calling you for a payment that is due the same day. Their reps are rude and unprofessional. And their cars are questionable. I am consulting an attorney for the harassment and the questionable car they sold me. Take my advice and do not buy from them

THEY ARE HOOOOOORIBLE! They doesn’t care if you’re sick and haven’t worked! Even if you’re still recovering from an illness, they will call you about a payment. Even after, you’ve sent an email informing the about your situation! Uncaring! Heartless! Selfish! Unprofessional! Bullies!

Very unprofessional. Harassing. I dont need them calling me the day before and the day my note is due. I hate I even bought a car from these ppl. They are very RUDE and unprofessional. Most of them act dumb. Never can give a straight answer. And its one woman who needs to be fired! I had to pay to get my car repaired twice. Im calling BBB tomorrow this is ridiculous.

This place is a joke. Bought a car 07/14 been in the shop since 07/18...these cars are nightmares and the people in American financial are just as bad...got a call yesterday wanting to know why I still had a rental when they are tracking my car at my house...i had to laugh my car is still in the shop ..so dont know where they are tracking. But they are a Joke...not to mention 1/2 of there cars are flood cars BEWARE of these people the car fax you get is totally diffrent from the one they get...get a lawyer your gonna need i... read more

DO NOT DEAL WITH THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT...also make sure you do a car fax on these cars you buy from American car center...im paying for a car that does not run and warranty has no clue...
