Drove almost two hours from palm coast after calling an asking if the listed price was the cash price. Get there, drive the truck and on top of the price being non negotiable AT ALL and on top of taxes they put a $500 “dealer fee”. They were less than enthusiastic to help also. Huge disappointment. Luckily there are a lot of other dealerships on the same road who do want to make money without robbing you!

RecommendedMy 2nd time was better than the first. Nerio was awesome. Smooth sales transactions and I’m picky. I had key issues that they fixed but took 2 weeks to and I have a tire pressure light that hasn’t been resolved. They fix it for a moment and it keeps coming back. I’ve given up at this point. I hope nothing happens to me regarding the tires. Otherwise and so far I’m happy with my little car.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I was browsing online for a mini cooper convertible (most places being over $25k) and found one at this dealership for $14,900. Right off the bat I paid $1250 as a down payment (which I had no issue doing) and that was that. Wish we had done our research on this company before driving an hour and a half away. All of the vehicles we got into, smelled terrible, had a check engine light on, and rode terrible no matter what year it was! I was told “oh when cars sit for a long time, the check engine light will come on”! I’m now assuming because they sell wrecked vehicles. I bought a car here and love it! They also fixed my wind shield wipers when they failed to work. Normally I trust a used car salesman as far as I can throw him, but Mario was very relaxed and I felt he wasn't hiding something. He said they pride themselves on their honesty and I agree with him. I would go here first for a new used car if I didn't find one in Titusville. Hopefully my chevy cruze will last a long time!
All cars are accident cars that they fix and put on lot. They have the worst customers service some of the women answer with attitudes ,But because they have low down payments and not truthful about cars being in accidents they have a lot of recommendations. Also my payment was 2.41 cent short by mistake, received a text about discussing my account just for them to say that I’m late with 241 cent so I incurred a 15 dollar late 🤬 this really have me pissed!!!
