Our teacher salaries are embarrassing! Retirement pay is so low especially when WEP affects you. I could go on but after 32 years of teaching it’s worthless! It’s very sad.
The AFT organization and its leaders need to be less partisan, less left wing socialist, and less supportive of democrat candidates. They need to stop bashing the Trump administration for the political ploy of idiot journalist and broadcasters who can't tell their waste hole from their mouth.
I was under the impression that AFT was an alternative to NEA. But the content of this page tells me that there is very little difference. I am disappointed. smh.

Stop being political. I want my teachers' union to let me make my own decisions. Get out of politics and politicizing with our union. You are doing what Hitler did with the schools in Nazi Germany. Stop it!
