I received the absolute worst care tonight. I’m not one to write a bad review as I work in customer service and understand things happen but this was seriously horrible. I will be calling the UW hospital tomorrow to add to my disappointment string. At first I thought everyone was nice and dealt with the long wait. But the staff must have been overworked because A to B from multiple people never actually happened with information transfer. Very sad considering I’ve always held UW to a high regard and standard.
Only had to wait 4 hours to have my daughter seen! Yes it was busy but 4 hours!
RecommendedMy mom has been treated very well here throughout her treatments. All staff has been very nice. But today after 23 treatments they told us their is closer parking so my mom wouldn’t have to walk through the entire hospital. No idea where it is but would of been great if we were told at the beginning, and not this far through it by the receptionist at check-in today..
