I was able to be seen very quickly. Excellent staff here! The facility was very clean and I will be using this place for any future urgent care visits for myself or family.
It's a great place to go, they get you in and out...just frustrating they referred me to a primary doctor to get my ingrown toenail removed and that places doesn't do it, now have to spend money on a specialist to get my ingrown toenail removed!!!
I am a nurse practitioner student and did my clinical rotation here. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The staff genuinely care for the patients. If you are looking for efficient and quality care, this is the place to go. The medical providers are knowledgeable, have positive attitudes, and look forward to helping people.
I live nearby and had several times passing by Rock road saw their building sign. I needed a lump removed so by chance walked in inquiring if they could help me. In less than 30 minutes I was out the door with everything done on a Sunday evening! Have been to many place but this was the Best Dr. visit ever. The Dr. was very nice and down to earth. Went here on a Sunday morning with a large cut to my hand. The wait time was minimal and Dr. Monsoor was exactly the physician you would hope to get. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She also is quite the bandage stylist! I would go here again without giving it a second thought.
