You guys are great. Friendly admin staff and nurses. Doctors really give you that extra patient care that makes all the difference. Clean place, friendly atmosphere. I had such a terrible experience at "Via Christi immediate care" so I've been telling all my friends and family to go here instead.
The nurses were not kind at all, they treated me as though I was an outcast, not a patient. I'm a nurse and felt very disrespected. The PA was wonderful and the practice manager came in and thanked me for being a nurse and for what I do and gave me her business card, that was the best part of my experience. Wish the nurses treated their patients better.
The staff is so super kind and helpful. Very clean, quiet, inviting decor, got help right away. Paid my regular PCP copay and filled out a short form. So glad I went!
I came in after experiencing an injury to my knee and back in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Their X-ray machine was down, so I came back the next day for X-rays, which was no problem because they were an excellent group of staff. Since I was a precious patient, they already had all my information, so my wait time was little to none. A relatively busy night for them, but I was in and out in good time. After my X-ray the next day, everything checked out just fine. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been sitting here for over 45 minutes waiting to do a simple ua for an employer. Hell will freeze over before I ever come here again willingly by myself or with a family member.
