I showed up twice on two different days for a drug screen and both times got excuses why they couldn't do it now and I would have to come back at another time more convenient for them. One time to be asked to come back I understand but to be told again is in my opinion poor staffing and planning.

Walked in with bad cough, was seen by nurse told me to go to a ER. Waste time, I ended up going another Urgent care got treated for Bronchitis.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They charged me $117 of Copay even though my insurance says I have 20% of copay that would be only $23. Had to wait for the bill to show as pay by my insurance to do a claim for them to pay me back. It has been 3 months and still haven't been able to get my money back. Also found out that my insurance pay for the $23 copay of every time I have been there so the owe me $186 in total. this is called fraud!!!!! so don't ever go here Plus, attention sucks, they will make you wait forever and i... read more

This is the worst walk in I been to. The staff was rude and it took for ever to been seen, yet the place was empty. I was about to walk out when the nurse finally came to the room and she was as rude as the other staff. Will never go there again and do not recommend it. What a waste of my time and money😌 giving it a star because it will not allow the post to be posted without a rating.. this is a zero star rating.

I actually didn't end up being seen at this facility. I had a 3:30 appointment, so I assumed that I would be seen close to 3:30. I arrived 10-15 minutes early, as stated in the text I received. 45 minutes later, I still was waiting in the waiting room. I ended up leaving.

I went to AFC very sick with an acute respiratory infection. I was so sick I did not realize I had left my wallet behind. When I arrived there were 8 people in the waiting room so I asked if I could get in the queue for being seen while my husband drove back home (10 minutes, round trip) to get my wallet. The receptionist refused and "explained" that the insurance card, etc, was a required part of the registration process. My husband and I have used AFC many times over many years. Service with a smile. I was very impressed with the service and the quality. The wait time was very short. The staff was very professional and caring. Great Job A.F.C. .... It's hard to find quality and great service under one roof .. You nailed it! Keep up the good work. There is no doubt where I will be going when I get sick again.

Wouldn’t recommend. Waiting for over an hour & I was the first person here just for a simple drug test. All kinds of confusion & unprofessionalism. The front desk person tried but I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here. I wouldn’t. It’s only because this is where the employer scheduled it.

Dr. Jason Crumpler was extraordinarily thorough and explained options for a positive COVID test that referred us back to our PCP without giving us an RX for prescriptions. We accepted and valued his reasoning due to my husband's cardiac and Diabetes diagnosis. AFC is lucky to have such a young and wise physician at this facility. Thank you.
