Very professional caring great Clinic to visit no long Waits to be seen by the attending physician
I was feeling so bad when I walked in AMC.... oh my ... I couldn't find my insurance card..... the receptionist was excellent we pulled my account up on my phone bam 10 copay... back to the back I go.. nurse is in the room in 1 Min flat Dr Davida Spann was the best dignosied me gave me two shots I was out of there in one hour or less the bedside manors for everyone on duty at AMC ROEBUCK PARKWAY 7/17/217 morning shift WAS EXCELLENT.....they took good care of me..... Thanks Davida Spann you are the best
The nurse's were all amazing, kind, sweet, caring and checked in on me very often. The doctor was very nice, he seemed very interested in the situation what can be done to help it and prevent it. Most doctors are in and out as quickly as possible and don't seem to Care but he was amazing along with all the nice sweet nurse's. I hope I don't have to go back but if I do it will definitely be to this place.
This was the first and last visit! No one was friendly; waited for 3 hours before I was told the doctor was performing a procedure on another patient & then I still had about 4 hours to wait because there were 4 more patients in front of me! Not to mention if I didn't ask I would have never known. Also I was over charged $50 copay, which now I have to wait 3-5 business days before my money is returned on my card.
