I was lied to about my wait time, the doctor told me yesterday that It would be an in and out sort of thing, they just needed to draw blood, but an hour later I'm still here.
Do Not use this place. I went there to get a physical done for my child and paid at the time. A week later I received a bill for $153 - for a 2nd physical cost and “Evaluation and Management” services. I called (and waited for nearly 20 minutes) then the person “Dee” said I was billed before the account was audited and removed it. My mother just read on our neighborhood FB page that this was being done. The people at this location were nice and professional, but this extra billing is not okay. My husband a week to the clinic over a week ago and we still do not have results of his bloodwork. We have called everyday and no one in the lab ever answers the phone. The people at the front desk put us on hold for son long we eventually hang up... and I'm talking 15 minutes on hold. He also asked for copies of his xray and he waited over an hour in the lobby for them... and never received them, even though he told they would be ready by then. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

We have been patients at Madison Family Dentistry for four years now and we are very pleased with their professional service. You never wait for more than a minute to be seen at your appointment, and the technicians are very kind and thorough. Dr. McIntosh always takes lots of time with me to discuss any questions or concerns and offer various options for treatment. I highly recommend Madison Family Dentistry.

All the personnel, hygienist and Dr. Paul and Dr. Emily are ALWAYS very professional and efficient. For my appt today I forgot to take my premed and I was really upset with myself. They were able to reschedule me for 2 hrs later, I took my meds and returned for my cleaning. This is just a very good example about the care they all have for the patients.
