Went into the office close to closing time on Friday and everybody from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were all so wonderful. I got a shot, got my prescription, and left within 20 minutes. I would recommend the Hoover location to any and every body! Y'all are great! Thanks!

I had to use this American Family Care several times and had a pleasant experience every time! I always received many heartfelt apologizes if they were busy that day and everyone seemed to genuinely care how I was doing. There was one lady (I can't remember her name) who had medium length gray hair and glasses who was ALWAYS so sweet and tried to get me out of there as soon as possible. I absolutely love the care of the staff here. Caprecia and Israel are very caring if my needs. Dr. Abele is an awesome Doctor. His manners are truly amazing!!!!
The staff is always very nice and professional. Sure there is a wait like all the other locations, but I'd rather wait and get treated properly than to have a doctor/staff that doesn't care at all.
Was seen at the Hoover office today and was so surprized at how good the service was. From signing in until the time I was finished, I found the staff very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also showed genuine concern about me during my xray and having blood taken, which was painless. I had to wait a little longer than usual, but when Dr. Abele finally saw me, it was worth the wait.
