RecommendedCaring staff from the moment you enter the building. Fast service considering the amount of people there for COVID testing.
Friendly staff but the worse wait time ever. I came from one AFC were the X-ray machine was broken and was told I would be seen immediately at the other. A whole hour later nothing was done nor was I seen by anyone.
I was there 3 hours, lady TOLD me where she was drawing blood from after I requested it be drawn from a specific place. They acted like I wasn't even sick(I've been in bed for 3 days)
Went in there in May 30th to have an X-ray of my thumb and they said it wasn’t broken. Over a month later it’s still killing me and so I returned. They looked at my prior X-ray and saw a fracture. Really? Didn’t see it the first time but after the 2nd visit and 2nd copay they see it. Not a happy patient!!! They were also supposed to send a referral for an MRI on my knee but am still waiting for a call back.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! hoover family care should be ashamed of what happened today at my visit. I don't usually say anything to anyone but I will never go back and this issue needs some attention.
Worst experience ever. Waited three hours and nobody saw me once I went back. Didn’t get a refund for my co-pay either since they claimed “triage” was completed when all that was done was weight and temperature. Never going back.
Literally the most ridiculous doc in the box I’ve ever been in. Now going on an hour and half in an exam room while the staff is out the desk talking about their dinner plans. Never. Again.
Great friendly bunch of medical staff..had me in and out in less than an hour.
