I went to American family care in vestavia. I went in for an ear infection. Now I have hearing loss because they did not treat me correctly.
I think that they have the best care and service for the patients
The staff that work at the Hoover, Al location are always so nice and friendly. Waiting time is reasonable and the staff is always helpful. Thanks for keeping my husband and myself healthy!
Customer service was't the best. Suffered a severe ankle injury, no one even offered a wheelchair to maneuver from room to room to get x rays. Also they didn't have the boot I needed for my ankle in stock. They sent me to another location to pick it up.
Great people , staff nice and knowledgeable.... the in house pharmacy makes it a one stop shop
