Be cautious about going here; I felt they quickly prescribed antibiotics without an understanding of the actual underlying issue. I saw the same doctor twice for a recurring condition and both times was prescribed an antibiotic that the infection was resistant to. They even called to tell me they had prescribed the wrong antibiotic (because the doctor didn't want to wait to see test results and properly diagnose). No one wants to wait 4 hours to see a Doctor!!
It's a rip off. The doctor is a joke, he didn't really care about the patients ( myself or my daughter). He gave us the same diagnosis and the same prescription. Before we could check out he was in his vehicle and gone. I paid fifty dollars that I should have saved, paid my copay of twenty five dollars and seen my own physician. I had to go to her two days later with the same symptoms, her diagnosis was completely different from his. The only way I would ever go back is if that was my only option.
Not according to their mission/vision statement or their enagement with insurance company / health care provider networks. Was rejected because I am "just" an expat living and working in the US, although my healthcare provider here works with PHCS/Multiplan. They were trying to find excuses, denying they would work with my health care provider, just to get me out of there, since it may have been an extra call or an extra paper to fill out. I was really disappointed, and it seemed like they put the money first, not the people... read more
