3 minutes ago-Edit Do not buy from these people if you expect any type of warranty or customer service! I cannot believe I'm living this nightmare and not one phone call from anybody from this place. I bought a $4,500 sectional sofa with full warranty. In 8 months I noticed the down feathers were already coming out and poking everyone sitting on it. Now I know down fill does that over time....after 10 years maybe if its high quality not 8 months! But that wasn't the issue, the issue was the noise the couch made when you sat ... read more

They are collecting money on furniture they cant supply. All i want is my furnuture I bought 5 months ago. This is theft and the comeaux's dont care and wont take the furniture they cant get off the floor. They just keep taking customers money and not suppling the goods. Ordered an entire house full of furniture in early March and still do not have all of it. The store manager has continuously used the excuse of COVID but this is not my first bad experience with this company. My first experience was when I bought a kitchen table that didn't come with all of the parts when it was delivered. About 10 months and 3 service calls later, they picked up the table and gave me money back but only after a lot of arguing because it was a "special order that couldn't be returned." We have been dealing with the New Camellia location for some months now. Initially we communicated with Christian that we were looking, but waiting to actually purchase our furniture until after our closing, and were told that the price would be significantly higher if we didn’t act on it faster. We went the week of January 21 to make our purchase, and had always been told that while the furniture we chose was not in stock, it would be available on 1/31. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE UP EXCUSES WHEN YOU MAKE A CLAIM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. I SPENT OVER 8K ON FURNITURE AND THE "WARRANTY" THEY BRAGGED SO MUCH ABOUT WAS A COMPLETE LIE. This company is full of promises and no truth. Have been waiting for furniture for months and they just continue to lie about delivery dates. Once they get your money, they are not interested in much else. Please do yourself a favor and DON"T shop here. Terrible company. One star is way to much for these people.

At this point the only reason I would give them a 1 star is some of the products they sell other than that there customer service stinks. We spent 4 hours shopping for living room and bedroom furniture and was told that within 2 days they would call us to schedule delivery, then for the next 4 days I tried to get someone to call me about delivery...that call never came so I cancelled my entire order. Of course they were very apologetic and tried on 3 different occasions to change my mind and now I call everyday and whomever ... read more
