<p>I waited 10 months to get all the pieces to my master bedroom set, which originally, I was told I would receive in 4 months. And know this, this was not a house full of furniture! I had been complaining to my sales person, "how much longer?" from the 1st delivery in May. I looked around and found a set I loved at another store, and they had the whole set in stock, so I spoke to the salesperson about canceling my order, and he told me I couldn't. ********************** none at all. Management would not return phone asking for help with furniture that was delivered damaged. Once purchase is made you are on your own to resolve issues

I purchased a Sterns and Foster Mattress (which has a 10 year warranty) along with a number of other furniture totaling over 10 thousand dollars. Within 5 months of ownership, the mattress has approximate 1" deep dips where my wife and I sleep. This clearly has to be a defect, as a new mattress should not be dipping after such short use, especially after paying so much money for it.. I was told by my salesperson, to file a warranty claim. I purchased a bedroom set in February 2022 but it was on back order. The furniture was delivered to me in June 2022 the same day it was delivered when I came home I called the company to let them know that I was not satisfied with the furniture that I got and it look like used damage furniture. The headboard was chipped to the wood and a foot board parts of it was to the wood and all damaged and messed ** in the middle but they were telling me this is how the furniture should be. I purchased a mattress and my salesperson Airline location told me to sign for the sleep guarantee with warranty and purchase a mattress protector.. needless to say I went back in the store to exchange the firmness number on the mattress I have within the 90 days The store manager informs me that this mattress doesn't come with a sleep guarantee and the salesperson had me to sign something that was incorrect for that product and told me I cannot get a store credit i have to purchase another mattress. We have been to all 3 locations of this store and ordered something from each store. We have been very satisfied with everything from the salesman and saleswoman to customer service to delivery and set up. We had minor issues with our dining room table, but they replaced the whole table quickly. We ordered a bedroom set and was told the bed itself would not be in until January. But just got a call and all the pieces are in!They sell very nice furniture which is all wood, not the particle board junk like other furniture store... read more

My experience with American Factory Direct in ********** has been the worst Ive ever had with any business. I spent over $12,000 on furniture just to be highly disappointed. I was lied to by my salesman and told that I could get 6 years interest free financing on the bedroom set I was purchasing ONLY if I purchased a mattress with it. I purchased a entertainment center that same purchase and was told the entire order would arrive in 2 weeks by my salesmen even though he knew that was a lie just to make a sale. As a Christmas gift, my mother purchased me furniture from AFD that totaled $20K+. The item in question is a power adapter needed to recline the mattress of the bed. Prior to purchasing, I already owned a reclining base complete with power adapter, cords and remotes. When the new reclining mattresses were delivered, the old reclining mattress were moved to another bedroom. Apparently, the delivery people connected the NEW reclining mattress base using the OLD power adaptor and subsequently did not leave the NEW power adaptor... read more
