He reworked the exhaust on on one side of my Motor Home. After getting home, I noticed that the tail pipe on that side was higher than the one on the other side. I looked at the pipe that was reworked and noticed that one original hanger was bent which cause the pipe to be higher. I call to ask him to rework that hanger, but he refused to rework the hanger that caused the tail pipe on that side to be higher than the one on the other.
I drove to American Eagle on a Friday to discuss the available options for my vehicle, as I was told by a coworker that this guy knew what he was doing. During our discussions, impatience and social intolerability governed the majority of my interactions with the owner. Despite these undertones, I decided to go with him for the job considering the recommendation from a coworker and his price was right. When you walk in to American Eagle Muffler in Pasco on a Friday morning at 9:30 and ask to talk to someone about a minor complaint and are told "I don't have time for complaints come back Tuesday" then the owner physically walks away from you that isn't a good sign. When they realize you are/were a previous paying customer and pull their heads out of their tail-feathers and actually come back to talk to you but decide "that's not my problem" you have an even BIGGER problem than the steam rolling off my head. Great work and great prices. They won't try to sell you muffler bearings or blinker fluid (unlike some other places).
