I am 24 and was concerned about getting braces. Doctor Z and her team have been absolutely amazing. I have not had one problem so far. I got my braces put on April 22nd and my entire face shape has changed as well as my teeth. I am so glad I found American Dental. I have recommended all my friends, family, and people I meet daily to call and give it a try. I absolutely love it :)
My mom Got dentures still can't wear very uncomfortable been back few times still no help but they advertise in local paper states perfect fit in minutes, not days like old denture process
Normally, a good experience. Today however, over an hour in the lobby waiting area. Then an additional 15 minutes waiting in the patient room for less then 2 minutes with the dentist. Very frustrating!
All 4 of our family went in at once, so it was a long appointment because of paperwork. I was impressed with their knowledge of our insurance plan and the efficiency with which the team works together. The real bonus for me was how patient and kind the staff were with my 17 yr old who has autism. I like how when explaining follow up, they differentiate between necessity work and cosmetic work. We have found our family dentist.
