Poor job on invisalign. Then told me that invisalign would not supply me anymore. So I had to pay another $500 on top of what I had already paid for my invisalign to get BRACES to fix my teeth. There were also issues with my retainers.

I have a daughter with Cerebral Palsy who is delayed and doesn't understand directions. After waiting an hour and a half past our appointment time for a consultation for braces she came in and stared harshly telling my daughter to bite down. My daughter didn't understand what she meant and Dr. Zee proceeded to grab her chin and shake her face to make her listen. I then told Rylee to close her mouth and she understood what was needed. Waited one hour to do a simple repair. Got a xray, then the Dr. came looked at the tooth. After going thru all the paperwork and having to PAY up front, she decided her work could not be good enough. She had her poor staff do the dirty work. She said it would be guaranteed for 6 months! However she would not fix someone else's work! What kind of a Dr. would state that? I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile and knew I needed work but 3,500.00! NO, I got a second opinion and it costed me 469.00 so they are definitely ripping people off, its really hard for people that have Medicaid because hardly no one in Springfield takes it except this horrible place!! Beware!

That is not true Kristy Gagne. We gave treatment plan with 5 line items, that's all. You are telling " No one take Medicaid" do you know why? If you know the answer, you don't blame us.
Very Slow, they do not know what they are doing with braces. Would not recommend this place for an orthodontist. Dr. Sharps would be the recommendation from me!
