These people are CROOOOKS! Centerpoint parkway location are scammers and will do anything to take your money.
I've almost had my car for 4 years and will be done paying in January. Never have I been late or recurved an extension. Recently, I fell on hard times and they act like they won't/can't help me. Customer service is horrible. I had 2 ppl tell me 2 different things. 1 said they could help me & the other act like they couldn't.
Don’t get me wrong my sales person was WONDERFUL! I’ve had my car for almost 2 years and I’ve never asked for a extension on my pmts because they do tell you that they don’t give extensions HOWEVER I have multiple family members who have cars from AMC & their case workers have granted them extensions. The place is cool if you can handle every two weeks car note and not need an extension or if you need something fast because they don’t really base off credit.

these are some real cool people. down to earth. they granted my wish on today. God truly moved thru these workers. i recommend them. american car center is the place to get your next ride. They did not put me in a hooptie. im in love with my new beautiful ride. her name is Precious😊
Worst place to ever shop for a car. If you are shopping for a car I guarantee 1000% you will have the best experience going somewhere else! Do not waist your time with these people.
