Not after your assertion that anyone can do our job. Everyone needs to quit paying dues until you find new leadership.
Aarc does not back us as clinicians!
Maybe not tell the whole world a monkey could do our job. My place of employment just decided that we had to train LPNs to do our job. The writing is on the wall, and it is your fault, you failed us.
you undercut the very people this organization is supposed to support
I will never recommend an association that doesn't care about their own respiratory practitioner. I will never become a member of the AARC again. This association should be forced to shut down. I will continue to post factual/valid reviews about how AARC isn't in the best interest of RESPIRATORY THERAPIST!!!
No I do not recommend. When does the vent classes for the janitors start? You know, in case they are near the ICU and need to make a quick vent change.
Spent thousands of hours in school in training, not to mention thousands of dollars. I studied for hundreds of hours and had many sleepless nights to take hardest test I’ve ever taken to become credentialed, but I guess I should have just taken a two hour online video course.
They stabbed their own members in the back by helping train nurses to manage ventilators and eliminate the need for Respiratory Therapists!
