What the AARC has done is an absolute disgrace to all of us that have worked so hard to learn and apply the knowledge we have spent countless hours accruing. Not to mention all of the hands on knowledge that comes with years of experience.

As a licensed Respiratory Therapist in Texas I cannot support an association that does not step up and protect my profession and actually shows that they do-especially during a pandemic.

Their latest statement during the Covid19 Pandemic lost my support that was already dwindling. A professional organization should remember the professionals it represents.

If the AARC thinks that a respiratory therapist can be replaced by (a nurse, cna, pt, ot, etc,,) anyone that takes a few classes then they have lost my support and respect. The AARC will never see another dime from me.
