Excellent customer service got the problem fixed on my alternator very reasonable price Great American alternator is the go to in the city. Don’t go to abco on airport road they took my money and lied about the parts they installed after 3 times it was still not working .

Took my spare alternator to this shop to get it checked before installing on my VW TDI. They confirmed it was performing within specifications and has no bearing issues. They even installed a new clutched pulley I brought with me (this is the reason I had a spare alternator, the pulley is special for a diesel engine). Very happy with their work and all this took less than 30 minutes.
This used to be the place to go for starter and alternator repair, but now service has fell through the floor, I was waiting over a month and nothing happened (guess I am still waiting about 5 months later), till I finally had to buy a new starter. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy now.
Best place in town. My family has been using them since they have been opened. We've never had any problems with them. I highly recommend this company.
