Very nice and efficient receptionids!
They are always helpful and friendly. I use them as a primary doctors office. Been coming to them for the 4 years I have lived in Jacksonville Fl.

Warning to Military!!! After speaking to nurse advice line through Tricare they sent me here. The office refused to take my military ID as my insurance card and explained they can only use my husband full social. (I only know the last 4 because that’s all we’re ever asked and he’s deployed so it would take some time!) The office clerk was terribly rude and wouldn’t even look up from her computer to speak to me. This has never happened to me before. Any other facility just takes your military ID and makes a copy. Bizarre!
The staff was pleasant. Cherl, ARNP, was extremely nice to my wife and I. Wouldn't hesitate going back if need to.
These were the nicest people very courteous, and helpful. Could not have asked for better care. The Nurse practicer Cheryl is a wonderful lady. Will go back if I need emergency health care again!
