As a brand new patient, the wait was not long and I arrived a half hour early to fill out the necessary paperwork. The staff was very professional and did an exceptional job. I would recommend this location to other Service Members.

They are super slow. Have to come here for work comp but I always end up waiting 3+ hours to be seen. they need to really work on their scheduling

had a 10:30 appointment and arrived 10 minutes early as requested... finally got checked in@ 10:40 and was told running around an hour behind... why have an appointment... would not recommend it unless you have all day to waste!

We booked an apt for 0830 and were not even check in until 0845, we were finally called back at 0915 after waiting 45 min. They are always behind and the wait time is terrible even with appointments.

We scheduled an appointment for 8:30, came 15 minutes early. It is 9:30 and 7 people have gone before us. They shared that they don’t know why they still have that up to schedule appointments on the website because it doesn’t work. Basically it’s come and wait..... and wait...... and wait...... until the 2nd doctor finally arrives a hour and a half after they open. Front office assistants are kind.

I understand no one wants to take a patient when you’re about to close. But if you close at 7 and someone gets there at 6:41 worried about a 3 year old, you need to take the patient since you’re technically still open for another 19 mins. If you decide you don’t take patients that late... update your closing time, it’s simple.

These docs are sending injured workers back to work the same day! Broken arm, but you are ok🤦‍♀️ It is all about the almighty dollar. You can return to work unless you have an infectious disease! A broke arm or leg go to work! Even when it happened at work!

After feeling all day that I may have a UTI coming on. I check the website to see what hours of operation for this business. The website stated open until 7pm so I arrived at 5:30 , on my way home. They tell me I'm sorry we are closing early today. Well that is highly inconvenient had I known I would have went somewhere else. Keep your website updated
