At first had a great consultation. He seemed like he had answers and was just outstanding. I couldn't be happier in the beginning. He helped get me appointments to professionals I needed. He gave me medication that helped with weight loss, pain management. He was great. After my first 2 weeks I was messaging him on mychart. I wasn't receiving any messages back. Don’t know if this is the doctor or nurses fault, now have waited 5 days for them to get my medication sent to pharmacy.
If I could give zero stars I would. I spent 40 minutes with this doctor about medicine needed. I waited for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and possible even till Monday for medicine that I discuessed with him on Tuesday. The nurses NEVER answer the phone. You have to leave a message and they will get back to you whenever. The nurses make if very clear in message don't leave two messages in one day.
