Terrible apartments! We have been living here for 3 weeks. The apartments are very low quality. Roaches every where. For what it cost here it should be top notch and it is far from it! Do not rent here at all! Anyone that wants to see my apartment I will show you! The property manager is very unprofessional! Lies right to your face!
So my experience with Amberton goes a little something like this... The communication with this complex is horrible. Today is the first day that I received a welcome letter, I was scheduled to move in 2 weeks. But anyways when I told the office that the move in date was incorrect and the amount that was quoted was incorrect the response I got was prices change daily. This has got to be one of the worst places I have ever lived. No communication with the leasing office (we are going on voicemail #4 over the course of 3 weeks with no return), no regards to sanitation (ensuring that trash & dog poop is actually picked up), and just overall disarray. I literally have a countdown on my phone until we can move out. Office staff seems to be ever changing, and rude.
