RecommendedThe maintenance team and the office staff have really improved the complex in the past six months. Love the new work order cards that maintenance leaves when they come to fix something and you’re not home.
Very disappointed in management not following through or assisting with ending crime caused by residents here. There are thieves living in amberton and breaking into cars. They have been breaking into cars and multiple police reports filed, and finally tracked from our neighborhood across the street via stolen iPhones. The office didn’t care and I’m disappointed that there is such a low class management near my child’s daycare and this nice area of Cary. I would not live in this neighborhood if you have a family.
Not impressed with the service at all. One of the worst decision was to choose this community to live at. Their trash compactor is broken 9 out of 10 times and then you will see piles of trash lying outside compactor. You will see delay when it comes to maintenance. Also, goodluck getting your security deposit back. I still haven't gotten mine and it's been almost 9 months since I vacated my apartment.
Do NOT Rent here! The apartment staff is very dishonest and poor customer service. There is heavy drug use here. Apartments are falling apart. The trash issue is terrible! Always over flowing into the street. Management gets replaced every few months. We have been here almost a year and there has been 3 managers within this time frame. We will not be renewing our lease!
Bad service. They should address this problem soon. I raised a maintenance request on 8/8 and no response till date.
This is the most unresponsive and worst customer service I have received in all my 15 years of being a renter. The property manager has changed 3 times in the year and a half I have lived at this community. The renewal special I was offered has not yet been honored and the terms of the lease agreement are not enforced by the management office at all. Don’t bother looking here. Incompetent staff. Apartments are very outdated & small. I put in numerous complaints of the illegal drug use in our building and still nothing is done. We are not renewing our lease. Save yourself and do not bother looking here!
Terrible! Do not live here! Maintenance is the worse I’ve ever seen! The office staff is a complete joke! No respect at all. The apartments are very poorly constructed. Just read all the reviews here. Save yourself and do not move here.
