We booked a room at Sheraton for an anniversary get away through Hotels.com. They had an 8.0 rating on hotels.com so I had good expectations. The amenities listed refrigerator and microwave upon request, so when booking I listed those as a special request. We arrived and check in went very smoothly, but we were disappointed there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. I made reservations 8/18-8/19 as a gift for my son and wife and paid extra for a king suite with the fireplace but it wasn’t working & they told the front desk. I love Marriott residence inns and usually are worth the extra money but this was disappointing.
