We had a wonderful anniversary stay at The Ambassador. We stayed in a corner room which had so many wonderful windows, enjoyed drinks at Dockum, and had delicious room service for breakfast. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
I loved it for the short time we were there. Beautiful lobby when you first walk in. Room suite very nice and cozy. I love the little coffee maker, comfortable beds. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I do recommend using the shuttle for your outings. Devin Gourdne awesome night manager. Nice bar/lounge underground.
At first glance this hotel looks fabulous, that is until you begin actually living in the room. We were in a room with two double beds which had only one night table. How do two people use a single night stand? The answer is, one of them uses the floor. The bathroom had a sliding door fastened like an old barn door on a sliding rail. It offered little privacy and no sound reduction. There was no venting fan in the bathroom and the shower/sink took what seemed like days to produce hot water. We stayed one night at the Ambassador for a night out on the town. The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was stunningly beautiful, the bathroom was amazing! Will definitely return!
Love, love, love the Ambassador Hotel!! The staff were friendly & so helpful. Our room was huge and very comfortable with beautiful decor. Awesome location . . . easy walking distance to Intrust Bank Arena & close to Old Town restaurants/shops. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!!
