We have been waiting for almost 2 hours for our dinner reservation. No contact by management. 4th time I have gone to check on our reservation. Jeremy Wade is a fantastic chef and a great guy - which is why we chose Siena for our New Years dinner I am SO disappointed in the management. This is totally unacceptable.
Terrible service on New Years Eve. I am not likely to return. We have been here 2 hours. Still no table and the manager seems unable or unwilling to assist us. Really??? We had a reservation. Why am I still here?
The Ambassador staff made our anniversary so special. The food, service and atmosphere was even better then we expected. Our server Richard even went out of his way to bring a bottle of champagne to our room to wish us a happy anniversary I am so grateful for the incredible memory. Thank you so much.
