Thank you to my nail tech “Melissa” for my AMAZING multicolored gel manicure 💅.
Had a pedicure by one then another started on my nails which are acrylic then pawned me off to another to polish, when I went to pay which was $88. At this point was told using a cc would be charge an additional 4%. Oh and tipping 3 different people cost me an additional $20. Totally unacceptable. Will not be going back there. Good luck.

Overpriced nail art $50 for 4 fingers
When the male owner tells your kids, literally right when you walk in and try to get them settled that “you’re disturbing my business”. It’s a bit much. Also, we were charged $35 for a 20 minute pedicure EACH when we did not get polish and no leg scrub. When we asked why we were charged $35 (advertised as $30) they explained the callus remover is $5 more.... really? We got a male pedicure that was less than 20 minutes. We were going to get manis, but after 5 minutes of rude management and being uncomfortable... screw that. W... read more
If you want great service and gorgeous nails, this is the place to go in Key West. They are very accommodating, professional, and just great people overall. Highly recommend 🤩💕
First time there and had the worst experience. My friend had to walk out without even polish on her nails because the tech basically abandoned her to go tend another person. Said she couldn’t do a simple two color on the nails (but could do other art... o k a y..) My nails are so messy ugly as you can see on the photo. Terrible experience. Not fair and not right. Waste of money and time. Sad.. I hate to do reviews but these people went above and beyond to completely ruin our time there.
