What an amazing experience! We just got home from one of the most memorable vacations, ever. We booked last minute and prior to doing so, I called to ask for help making this extra special for my husband before he works through some health issues. Hello, I am jinren li. We stayed at 242,236 rooms in your hotel on the 16th. We gave you your credit card when we checked in. During the few days we stayed, your staff called every day and asked us to ask us. Going to the front desk to swipe the credit card, which took up our time, affected our rest and affected the pleasant mood of our trip. We are very unhappy, please give a reasonable explanation and apologize!
You guys rock! We were totally discombobulated when we arrived, mom and dad and two 4yrs and under in tow. Staff was super friendly and quaint. definitely a family/pet friendly location. We'll be coming back for sure!
