RecommendedBeautiful location surrounded by trees and views of snoopy rock. Heated infinity pool and hot tub are fabulous. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free shuttle within one mile. Rooms are clean and spacious. Tranquil, relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Attended a wedding here. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Food and drinks were great. I would highly recommend this resort.

The Amara Resort and Spa “lost” our reservation and turned us away / “walked” us. My husband and I took our first trip without kids since having kids! We'd been waiting over 7 years for this special romantic long weekend. After flying from Minnesota to Phoenix, we drove to Sedona and directly to the Amara, arriving about 4:30pm. We had booked a room 2 months in advance directly from the hotel website. Upon check-in, the person at the front says, "Oh I don't have your name in the computer. Do you have any other names?"
